Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised boxes are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through the website.
