Stunning American cherry veneered keepsake box, a real statement piece.
Each veneered panel is made up from individual pieces of cherry veneer and dyed black poplar. Each piece of cherry veneer is carefully scorched at each end to create a shadow effect when butted up to the next piece, each “woven” veneered panel trimmed with solid cherry wood to complete the look. The interior is fitted with solid brass stop hinges which hold the lid securely at just beyond 9o degrees and lined with a rich black faux suede.
The internal measurements are 186mm x 150mm x 77mm.
